No, when you click submit on the first screen, it brings up a page showing what you're ordering and the cost including any credits. You have to click on "submit" on this second page for it to actually take effect.

I checked our receiver this morning, and some time last night, the programming updated from AbHD to AT200. No free Starz or Encore, though.
