    Dish Locals

    I am thinking about switching to Dish. One negative is that 3 out of 4 local channels will be in SD. Why are they in SD when they are broadcast OTA in HD? Also, since my tv's will do some amount of upconversion I don't know what to expect in terms of picture quality being shown (compared to HD)...

    DVR Recording

    Hi- I am moving soon and am considering DirectTV. If I get 2 HD DVR's will I be able to record 4 HD shows at he same time? I currently have Uverse and can do this with 1 HD DVR.
