I just signed up with Dish. My first 811 receiver was included. The second one was $5/month. I received a reduced rate on the 180 channel package for 3 months and free basic HD package for 6 months. Adding the VOOM10 was $5/month and as I mentioned the 2nd 811 was $5/month.

Add me to the list of VOOMers that called DISH and the CSR took me down the standard sign up path. When I mentioned the offer, he said it wasn't available where I live. After I asked to speak with a supervisor, he went away and then came back and said I would need to call back on May 1st.

Well I just got a side benefit from all this activity. I re-examined my bill and found they were overcharging me by $14 / month (box / mirror fees were too high). Spoke to CS and am getting that fixed now.
