Is there anyone besides winegard that repairs winegard equipment?

Well the main reason I don't do it is because I have no idea how to do that. My reciever is a VIP211 and it offers me a dish 500 or a dish 1000, as far as I know that's all I can get. But I'm always willing to learn if you can point me in the right direction.
