:D I ordered my 522 today with CSR. Cost is $49 + $50 installation. Install is scheduled for FRI 02-04-05. Both my old units can be returned for a $25 credit each, if I so choose. I asked for a self install, but was told pro install in mandatory.

Does Dish allow self install? I would prefer to do it myself since my dish is also used for internet access.

Thanks again.... Do you mean the download is to the dish rather than by phone line. :eek: If so, it sounds like the 522 must be connected to the dish when it checks for a dial tone. In other words my office phone does not solve the problem.
