Self Install Possible?

Does Dish allow self install?

I would prefer to do it myself since my dish is also used for internet access.

That depends if you have rg-6 and such to get it ready....

I ran my own rg-6 and terminated all the wires so when they came all they had to do was mount the dish and plug in the recievers. That is probably as close to self install as you are likely to get. unless you you already have a dish from a prevoius address or ebay. Then you could have it all ready and just plug in the receiver when the guy gets there and call to activate it.


Plus you could always clean up the install after the guy leaves if they do a sloppy job of aiming your dish and stuff....
