I was looking at Lyngsat for D* on their HD line up. I see most of the HD channels are at 102 (101) and 119. Do I really need a 5LNB dish? can I just use what I have which is the 3LNB dish for 101,119,110. Cant I just get a HD DVR ?

I have a DSR-550 unit - recently got a remote - thinking I could go into a simple menu and scan for local HD channels, only to find there is no menu for that. if there is I can't find it. plus i don't want to do something that will make it useless. I have read though the FAQ part of this site...

Well they shouldn't have updated the 522 - ticks me off - im having the same problems - freezing, and rewind itself back to the beginning etc etc. They need to fix that NOW!

I have a Starchoice Remote control that will work on the VOOM unit - but it only changes channels but no menu controls for programming. So im looking for a VOOM remote - anyone know where I can get one - or does anyone have one for sale here on this site?

Well KINC 15 - Las Vegas was moved over to 110 spot for Las Vegas Months ago. and Will this new bird have spot beams on it?

So if that's the case all the locals that are on 61.5 and 148 will be moved. Is there any other info on the bird anywhere?

What is E*10 going to be used for? and where will it be located? I see on Lyngsat it's at 138.5w - i guess it's in test mode.
