Thank you. Slowly finding my way around the Hopper.

On my 622 dvr I could set a timer for Cycling or Motocross and it would record events with those labels. I don't see how to do this with the new system.

Tech spent 8 hours attempting to setup one hopper and one joey. Never got past step three on the hopper to download the software. Tried three different hoppers. Replaced all the wiring from hopper to outside dish and replaced dish. Still unable to get software downloaded. they are coming back...

Tech was here for 8 hours. Replace everything from the dish outside, all cabling to the new hopper. Device see satellites, but when is goes through setup it sits at the step 3 downloading software. They tried three different hopper receivers. Now we sit here with no dish for the site, watching...
