let me answer this as a yes and no... The cable guide and listings showed KWFT. However, KWBM is already on cable. on the feed we saw here, KDEV was ID'ed, but did show some local ads oddly enough.

Mediacom won't discuss why RTN/KDEV disappeared. I can't get an answer out of anyone who works there about it. I've got a call into Equity about it, and the lady I talked to there knows nothing about it disappearing.

So, Mediacrap is lying to us in saying its ceased broadcasting.

Reruns of stuff like A-Team, Quincy, Happy Days, laverne and shirley and let's not forget Confessions Live.

And as of this morning, RTN is gone off of Springfield Cable. There's a message on Channel 30 that the broadcast network seen there has 'ceased operations'. Gary, RTN is gone?!

And here in Springfield, RTN is on Channel 30, it just shows KWFT and its listings (Gary can you get this fixed?! My Cable DVR can't grab anything off of RTN because it shows KWFT's listings) Channel 30 was KWBS and ran PAX until the split. Appearantly, Mediacom was originally told KWBS...

The former KKTU. I noticed the legal on KDEV that is shown here says: KDEV 36 Denver, (which I thought was Aurora) KDEV-DT Cheyenne Nowhere does it mention KDEV-TV. (which should be Ch 33 in Cheyenne) The first generaton of RTN ID showed KDEV33/KDEV-DT 11 Cheyenne

I'm curious for those of you who can see the KDEV Cheynne feed directly, do they actually air any local ads for Cheyenne/Denver? I have yet to see anything outside the legal that indicates they're even trying to sell ads locally. Just those blased 9moremoney ads.

They're also tucking in some retro-mercials of sorts...they've got ones TV Land never aired!

This new fomat was also put on WNYI according to what I've been able to tell as well. The legal I see on RTN now says: KDEV-TV 33 and KDEV-DT 11 Cheyenne/Denver.

As far as that goes, Mediacom Cable is taking the KDEV-LP feed. All I see at the top of the hour most hours is KDEV-CA 62 Aurora. (what's funny about that is there's an Aurora Missouri in my market as well!)

The legal ID on Lick TV that I get has changed to strictly KDEV-CA 62 now. I'm guessing that WPXS/KUMO are splitting off to Daystar. The Mediacom/Cox legal was taken off of it as well, and no reference to WNYI was made either.

I've exchanged a lot of email with Mr. Garland, he's a very very nice man. He seemingly didn't know Equity was uplinking Tube OTA to stations, but he's apperantly okay with it.

KWBS changed its OTA signal to KWFT. Howver, this was a problem because viewers in part of Missouri were in KWBM's signal area, so they gave them the Lick TV feed and in Ft Smith they get the KWBS/KWFT feed now. WHat I haven't figured out is the point behind Lick TV yet.

Equity is airing The Tube on some of its stations. I've seen it on the Lick TV (WNYI/WPXS/KUMO/KDEV) feed. I've had a lot of correspondence with the founder of the channel, and he seemed shocked Equity picked it up.

There's also a mystery Lick TV feed out there they use for cable viewers in Missouri, as I've seen it on local cable (someone check the WNYI feed for me). It uses an ID of KUMO-LP, WPXS, WNYI, MediaCom Cable, and Cox Cable 4 in Hollister/Branson and KDEV-LP in Denver. Does WNYI's feed...

Actually, Equity does this for several reasons. One of which is in Wyoming, for example, KKTU and KTWO have horrible signals and can't easily be all over Wyoming, so cable operators pick up the signal of either station via satellite. Here in Missouri, Equity has a bigger problem. KWBM...
