As a33 says, the top should not be bent and declination adjustment could be on the top or bottom. My dish mount is similar to yours with the adjustment on the bottom.

My guess is that Direct picks up WOLF by streaming instead of an antenna since the same problem occurred on both services but not OTA. The CE probably fixed the feed to the stream.
