I had an update that showed up this morning that gave me the option to have all recorded shows also converted to mobile. I was on the way out and didn't have time to read about it. If I still wanted to turn it on, where can I do this? THX

I was told by customer service that he can't authorize anything more than 2 hws and 3 joeys and he would forward my request onto another dept that would contact me within 24 hours. I've been a customer for years and my account is in good standing. Am I getting the run around? Is there another...

Can you get 5 Joeys? I was told you can only get 2 Hoppers and 4 Joeys.

Currently have: 1 - 925 connected to 4 tvs. Turner 1 to living, turner 2 den, 2 bedrooms 1 - 625 connected to 1 tv 1 - 625 connected to 2 tvs Could I get a hopper/Joey setup with this? If so, how? 2 hoppers/5 joeys? Would it be worth it to switch?
