Shaw does not check physical addresses. I do not have a real one. I use paperless billing and Skype for any calls to Shaw. BUT I do have a Canadian bank for automatic withdrawals to Shaw. Been doing this for 10 years.

Sometime around noon today my lineup changed from Classic to Advanced channel line up. I suppose it does not really matter which I use, all subscribed channels seem to be there BUT why did this happen? Some one throw the wrong switch?

I understand that Shaw will provide new LNBs so that subscribers can pick up all 3 satellites. Is my current Quad LNB compatible? How does this affect those of us in the South? I know that I will not be able to get the new bird with my E75 dish, I just want to be assured that I do not need...

What is the restriction on using Shaw Direct On Demand in the US? Technical or legal? I do understand that a 600 series receiver is necessary. Thanks
