No matter what I do, it always says DVR offline when it's not. I have a broadband connection that is always on with five bars. Dish anywhere simply will not load over wifi. Is there an update or anything I can do to make it work? I do not want to use my cellular data because I get charged...

For one month Prime Time anytime worked and the autohop feature was great. Then the autohop feature went away, no more kangaroos. 20 phone calls, 6 tech visits and one letter to the corporate office later and now the prime time recordings are disappearing from the prime time folder by the next...
