    Dtv partners with other companies to provide internet... make sure she finds out the options on that, in the area I cover they partner with 4 different internet providers. sometimes its almost better to contact interent first . they seem to do a better job setting things up sometimes vs visa versa..

    things get broken easily... I have to do service swaps a lot on movers, makes sure to have power cords to boxes and tv's also! its way easier to have the tech set it all up at once vs having parts missing....

    In general most of it is Osha and Liablity reasons... Most installers don't carry the proper tools (harness, rope, etc. per Osha) to do a roof mount off of the ladder... Like up on the peak. In house vs contractors vary from place to place and installer.... some Sub contractors won't do it...
