I deal with this daily. If you have signal coming in at the receiver, replace the LNB. Reset it, if it doesn't take, then replace the Wally.

I'm afraid dish will not let you use a Wally with a 211 at the moment. I have tried to swap 211 for Wally because of customer requests and get denied by all the CSR's. Wally is nothing to special anyway get another 211 and profit.

I dislike the 52 remote , and installing them. They never activate properly for me at least . Every one in my shop has the same issue. They are Hopper 3 with 1 tuner no DVR features, and that worthless remote! Lol
