    Customer service never heard of DNS???

    The fcc says the station has to agree if there is no way to pick up a local ota signal reasonably. I have gotten them at this address in the past with the same station. Sent from my iPhone using SatelliteGuys

    Resolution not supported

    I went through the same thing. Their customer service gave me the same bs. I tried taking native off, changing hdmi ports, etc. the only thing that will work is to use component cables. I will never purchase a Visio again after their very poor customer support .
