It's very rigid and they make no exceptions. FCC regulations dictate would the regions are, but I'm more surprised by broadcasters that seem to want it this way. Sent from my SM-G965U1 using Tapatalk

Who here streams a lot but still prefers physical media?

I had a friend a few years ago that has so many cd's that he took them all out of their cases and stored those away. He put the cd's in paper sleeves and built a slotted table like at the CD shop. He must have accumulated a few thousand. It was phenomenal.

    Roku may lose YouTubeTV access

I'm looking at YTTV add on packages now. They have NBA League pass and Sports Plus. Or, the way it is with online streaming, find another independent channel with sports you like.

    Roku may lose YouTubeTV access

They drove me away. Once YouTube TV got the agreement to skip commercials on their cloud DVR from all the networks, I was sold. It gave me everything Dish DVR gave me but was much faster with no equipment.

    Roku may lose YouTubeTV access

Now it should not be an issue for several years. I checked the version on Roku and it had been updated on 12/7, a day before the reconciliation announcement.

Comcast Weighs Pulling Some Content From Hulu in Effort to Boost Peacock

That stupid Peacock. When what used to be an OTA network service tries to go premium. Good Greif.

Meanwhile, here on Earth, Hulu is 6 years older relativistically speaking.

F2V TV now on Roku as a public channel

Thanks. I picked one up just to play with it. If Roku gets too irritating I will be ready to switch. One thing I noticed is the updated YouTube TV app on Samsung has a button to make it easier to purchase add on packages like HBO. That must compete directly with Rokus business model. It gives...

F2V TV now on Roku as a public channel

Speaking of which, Firestick is looking more attractive all the time. I might just get one to start comparing.

F2V TV now on Roku as a public channel

Yes. I had it in beta and it's been reliable. It has many stations normally found on OTA sunchannels.

    The YouTube TV Thread

Interesting. Now I wonder if this wasn't some of what was causing trouble in the back room with NBC. When I was on Dish the HBO dispute was because HBO wanted a base audience charge whether it existed or or not and I don't blame Dish for not doing that. I only offer that as an example because...

    The YouTube TV Thread

I just looked at what I had in my YTTV library if NBC pulls out. I had Manifest and Debris, both canceled. La Brea was terrible (it's a guarantee they will cancel it). That leaves Blacklist. I watch that seasonally and can wait till it comes on Netflix. Syfy shows Twilight Zone (1959) which I...
