I believe channel 476 has all of the mlb games. Last year they only worked on the extra innings channels (476). They did not work on the actual RSN channel like directv does.
The main reason I like streaming is that the picture is so much better. Prices may go up but they would have to go up a lot to reach the $200 a month I was paying Dish. I have the same internet I had before going to OTT. It’s nice to be able to have different options.
Currently have hopper 3 and 2 4K joeys. I need to add a 3rd Joey but the node in my attic is full. It has one line from satellite dish, one to hopper, and one to each Joey. Can I use a splitter on one of the lines to a Joey to add another?
They can cut a small piece of pipe that fits dish and slide over the DTV pole (or inside. Can't remember which is smaller) then screw it into place. I have had it done twice. One guy didn't want to do it but I told him he wasn't installing it any other way. Wasn't having a 2nd mount on my roof...
If on the guide go down to the guide and press the rewind button. It will bring up numbers 0-4 and press the menu button to the right of home button to swap to 5-9. Using the direction ring and enter button to select numbers.
If watching tv, you can press menu button and then select channel...
I still have a single tuner but I cannot remember do the channels show up on the joeys also? I'd like to know before I run a new cable to hook it up to hopper 3.
One thing I found that helped my picture quality is the screen adjustment in settings. It tells you to zoom in till circles are just inside edge of screen. I found if I zoom all the way out that the quality looks better and the picture still fills the entire screen. I guess it's like zooming...
