    No, they didn't. They didn't have HD on the modulated tuners. Technicians don't run CAT5/6 as only the two connections on the Hopper could feed 2 Joeys.     When you own, you can "turn" your receivers on and off when you're not using them, saving on line lease fees. $250 seems pretty high?? What packages/channels do you have?

    It's not even possible for that to happen. A tech cannot arbitrarily change a receiver, and a 4K Joey costs the customer $50. And there is no "repair department", only the same CSR support you get for every call. Technical Support and Dr Dish went out the window a few years ago.
