    8 ft dish tune-up

    Hi, recently moved to Highland CA & left behind by owners was this big dish. Previous owners said they used to get programming on it back in the 90's. What is it & is this good enough to get reception these days? No receivers were part of the deal, so what stuff do I need to get it going?
