    I guess it depends on what dish your talking about, a 8 foot DH/CM dish will wipe the floor with any 1.2 dish in C/KU, please state what dish's you want to compare.

    1.2 to be safe, it will move a 1.8 channel master but there have been a few cases of it snapping and the dish blowing away, some do come with a metal plate as a extra but it bolts to the aluminum and doesn't do much, I once fabricated a metal cage round the motor and installed a 1.8 on it...

    If you have a footprint beaming your way and the correct size dish nothing stopping you getting geting a satellite 0.5 degree, get a VPN and use iPlayer might be an easier way though.

    Personally I wouldn't glue it on i would just do a wrap or two of electical tape/PTFE round the throat make sure it is clean and dry before you do it.

    Just about finished a few little bits to do, ive removed the stops mechanism from inside the motor and have bench tested it and its working fine, i will time a full revolution tomorrow and calculate the the full arc time.
