went in vacation for 3 weeks come home to find my receiver hopper 3 lost the internet i have tried to reload and it wont reload,,,i have it going to 3 tv's through my router

had a hopper 3 installed on my eastern arc....also new lnb...cant get any hd channels only sd channels. not getting all the channels i am paying for....i only get one satellite 77....should i get more, how to fix issues also is there any realignment required on a eastern are dish with a hopper...
