hopper 3 bad install

had a hopper 3 installed on my eastern arc....also new lnb...cant get any hd channels only sd channels. not getting all the channels i am paying for....i only get one satellite 77....should i get more, how to fix issues also is there any realignment required on a eastern are dish with a hopper 3. any ideas appreciated

Sounds like a bad installation by a bad tech. Unless he's using a 1000.4 EA LNB with 3 lines running to a 44 Switch, you shouldn't even be getting the 77, you should be getting the 61 and 72 and the LNB should only have 2 "eyes" on it
