    We think we realised the issue they run a vpn and for some reason it doesn't work with it on their apps but in the browser it works fine. It also works fine with the on demand content with the vpn turned on. Without the vpn it is working on their phone.

    My friends Dish Anywhere live TV is not working on the Amazon Fire TV and on their Android phone, however it is working on their PC. The error says it can't connect to the receiver. Is there any solution for this?
