Update. I unplug when I leave and when I come back I have to go through the whole set up. I get mostly zeros once I reload, unless I go to setup and reset SWM. Once I do that, I get everything. Is this normal. At least now I can watch everything.

It is a SWM. On satellite 101- transponder 1 is 96, 2 is 0, 3 is 95, and the rest are zeros.

It is H24- 100 receiver.

Sorry, SLM3 and HD100.

Only getting a couple of transponders on 101. Now it is acquiring guide and can not see satellite. Any ideas guys? thanks, d

Put up my new H24 in our cabin, and lighting came in on it. Did not knock out the tv, only receiver. I heard it pop and saw it. I had just hooked up to the new slimline. Is there anything I can do in the future so this will not happen again.

Hooked up receiver on the outside of the cabin and I was able to get a good signal on all the satellites. Did not have a cable long enough to go inside so I had a barrel connector. I have only been able to get a couple of transponders inside. I tried different cables and different connector...

I may use a old dish with the H24 for camping this weekend. If I do, will I need to use the PI and B band converter? I understand that I will only get SD picture.
