For what it is worth I have/had the same problem. I was pointing to 110/119 and 148 (Medford, Oregon Locals.) I ended up moving the dish pointed at 148 to 129, this allowed me to ge Voom but I lost my locals. Luckly I still had most of the LA Networks from an old waiver (except for NBC.)...
