    I am trying to activate a Dish 322 receiver. It seems to have old software, but it is "SEARCHING FOR INFORMATION"....for over 40 minutes. What do you suggest? It is not downloading the latest software. I have rebooted and check switch a few times.

    I am in the Caribbean trying to get Jade World on 119. I have 80% signal on 119West, but I do not know what DISH TYPE to select. When I ask for my dish type to be detected, it fails. I am using Samsung SIR-S300W
