what if i just cancelled the hd package? do i have to give all my equipment back?

man i'm getting diffrent people telling me stuff. I just got off with their CSR and she told me i have to stay with them for 2 years and keep my hd package for 2 years to not be penalized. Can someone enlight me on this issue? I"m wanting to get a H10 hd reciever.
