    Under auto mode when you change universal to standard High/Lo leave and just frequency appears. I set it 11780 but no change.

    Galaxy 3 is supposed to be my true south I have scanned by-passing the motor also turning the motor off. One of the thread said that coolsat LNB is stsndard I've scanned both standard & universal with the same result auto failed.

    I think this is a receiver compatibity issue. I re-scanned with the same result. It could be that there is some info that needs to be manually re-entered. After a bunch of hours I am stumped. Just had another idea to try to see any channel I bypassed the motor/rotor went straight to the lnb...

    I have went and got the in-line meter it is showing good signal after fine tuning the signal with the meter signal stregnth is 90. My problem still exists no channels.

    I have an old bb4 receiver that has signal & quality meter but I hooked it up and Galaxy3 is not in its sat list. there is a GE3 @ 87degrees & telestar 5K @ 97degrees I thought 97 is where galaxy3 was on my vs2000
