    C band help

    I need help with what to do with a 16 year old 3 meter C band dish and a old panasonic reciever. The systems still works poorly. Is there converison to something else? I'm in the Los Angeles area. The dish is aluminum Winegard. The dish antenuator still works fine. Pleas help.
