    I just purchased a twinhanpci 102g card and have scanned with no luck. I have a signal strength 0f 40. I have a old DSS dish with lnb and also a dish 500 with lnb. I have no idea what i can pick up. I live near windsor, Ontario Canada if that helps. Thanks, any help would be appreciated.
