Yes, i had the same issue with the Disney stations, it seems to be very pixaly. I notice this with my R15 but never had an issue with my RCA Receiver.

The same exact thing happened to me. I got a refurb R-10 for my broken R15. My solution though was to go buy a new R15 at bestbuy and D* is going to pay me for it.

I just installed my R15 today and everything seems to be working fine except for the caller ID. Out of 10 calls today it only worked twice. Is anyone else experiencing this? My previous receiver was a RCA and its caller id worked fast.
