    OK ..I have 2 HR10-250's both with software that starts with 3.1..... I dont think this upgrade is for the HD-DVR's only the SD-DVR's and one of my units is only 5 weeks old...

    Make sure you do first run on the Season Pass ..I never have issues like that..I do like American Chopper only on HD and thats all i get even though repeat it a million times on SD and HD ...

    I use VOIP CallVantage for all 4 of my DVR's, when I first got the VOIP there was all kinds of problems but now they dial no problem!!! Even did the initial on 2 of them!!

    HR10-250 issue The problem your having is a known issue with your unit not the OTA signal, according to tech support at D* you need to restart your unit to essentially reboot it, I have found I have to due this at least once a week, if that doesn't work the next step is some sorta hard drive...
