How do you know the programing is "HD lite". Does the reciever display the resolution recieved, or what other method would make you aware you're recieving "HD Lite"????

I might subscribe to dish..stil many questions. real question is--somewhere i read "broadcasting in HD-Lite" I suppose that means less than 1920X1080I or P. How does one determine what the broadcast resolution actually is (how did you figure it out)???
