I am looking to get 2 hoppers and 4 joeys. What is this going to cost upfront and monthly? $199 2nd hopper + $99 4th joey? then monthly $7 x 6 outlets + $10= $52/month in fees?

Because I don't use OTA and in my experience the 722 runs better than the 722k.

Considering I also had a 722 that didn't have the bug and overall worked much better than my 722k, I am fairly certain that exchanging it for the 722 will solve the problem. Besides, has anyone reported this issue on a plain 722? Seems like all the posts on this thread are related to the 722k.

I called Dish and they sent a tech and replaced my 722k with a 722 and the receiver works perfectly now. Strangely, I was told that they couldn't ship me a 722, only a 722k so the only way to switch from a 722k to a 722 was to have a tech come out. Someone posted earlier that Dish isn't...

Is this problem affecting all 722ks? If I get Dish to exchange the receiver will the problem go away? I ask because I am having this issue and was going to call Dish and ask for a replacement. Reading this thread made me decide to wait to call, but considering I have been a dish customer...

That same thing happened to me a few months ago. A reboot fixed it.

409 has been a HUGE improvement for me. I was having tons of problems with the "Acquiring Satellite Signal" screen popping up randomly on one of the tuners, sometimes accompanied by the "A problem has been detected with your switch". I have yet to see that screen pop up since I got the 409...
