    I want to get PBS Kids back, which is shown as DCII on AMC3 tp20 (ku band). From what I read, I know that I need a 4DTV reciever to do so. those receivers (DSR 905, 920, 922) are expansive even for a used unit. I don't intend to get C-band ( Wife won't approve).     off topic I want to get PBS Kids that disapeared last oct. I have a question: can a starchoice DSR-405 receive DigicipherII programs that are in clear? PBS kids moved to dcII last oct. could I make 405 to receive this channel? maybe with help from 4play? thanks for any tip!!
