    any inexpensive way to get Ku-band DigicipherII programs?

    I want to get PBS Kids back, which is shown as DCII on AMC3 tp20 (ku band). From what I read, I know that I need a 4DTV reciever to do so. those receivers (DSR 905, 920, 922) are expansive even for a used unit. I don't intend to get C-band ( Wife won't approve).
