I emailed ceo@echostar.com and was told I would have a box within 3-5 days and that my account was labeled to not get charged. I have the email so if they charge me I at least have something in writing saying I shouldn't be charged. If I do no get a box within the said # of days, I will just...
My wife and I cancelled our dish account over 3 weeks ago. I've waited and waited and no box was ever sent to us. I called and they supposedly shipped us another box out but I've yet to see it. All I want to do is return this stuff so I don't get charged for not returning it. It's that to hard...
That was the first Charlie Chat I have ever watched and wow, I don't know what to say. I felt like I was listening to 2 dullards. That almost made me want to give up satellite tv altogether and go for just a movie subscription at blockbuster or netflix.

When I plug it in, I get lights on both the back of the 622 receiver and on my router. Do I need to restart the receiver?

Mine was doing this and finally i got fed up with it and finally convinced Dish to send me a new one. The one I had was only about 2 weeks old. They sent me a new one and we just shipped the other one out yesterday. So far, no more problems.
Thanks for all the responses. Right now it is hooked up via HDMI so I will check that cable out first them try the component cables if I need to. I had a feeling it might be the cable because it only happens on certain shows, not all the time.
Just curious if anyone else here is using a Vizio HDTV LCD with their dish subscription. Here lately i have been having a problem with the color (mostly on the reds) and they look like they are bleeding through. I am thinking it must be a setup problem in the color adjustment so I was curious if...
