    Has anyone received a refund yet?

    As an early subscriber, I decided that Voom wasn't for me and cancelled the service. They came out 2/23/04 to pick up the equipment. I was told at that time it would take a week to ten days. It's now 3/26/04 and still no refund. Phone calls to Voom get me " someone will call you back"...
