Has anyone received a refund yet?

As an early subscriber, I decided that Voom wasn't for me and cancelled the service.

They came out 2/23/04 to pick up the equipment.
I was told at that time it would take a week to ten days.

It's now 3/26/04 and still no refund. Phone calls to Voom get me " someone will call you back" and then no one calls.

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with the refund.

I think they said 6-8 weeks for refunds (an admittedly too long a time).
