    They sent a hit, I think that is what they called it, right after I first hooked up the receiver. It didn't change the time. Should I call them and ask them to do a 'hit' again?

    Hi, I purchased a used DP 311 receiver from a man in Texas. There were no charges against the receiver. It work's fine, except the time is off by one hour on the program guide. I live in Iowa, Central Time Zone, the receiver is saying it's Eastern Standard Time. Example, 8:00 P.M. now...
