    Pixelation, National Geographic Channel

    I keep getting pixelation on this channel. It's on 61.5, Tp 20 with a signal strength in the low 60's on a VIP211. Anyone else having a problem with the picture? (just noticed this in another thread, but I don't see a delete in the edit function)
