    Did that. Even uninstalled/reinstalled the app for Chrome. I don't get it, it shows the receivers being online but can't connect. Guess I'll call dish support when I have a few hours to spare. Thanks for the help!

    I have 2 hoppers one is working fine and one is stuck at the Acquiring satellite signal screen. I've tried the reset and check switch but neither fixed the issue. I can watch a show from the other Hoppers DVR on the one that isn't working so I wouldn't think it's a cable issue. Any ideas?

    The installer just called and said that he is on way and that this is his first install and that it is taking other techs up to 8 hours to complete. Do you think I should download the manuals here for him? I dont' want to insult the guy.

    Getting mine installed Tuesday. Does the Hopper need to be connected to the Internet or can you just connect a Joey? The easiest place to plug into my network is where I would actually prefer putting a Joey.
