Since when is the AT200 an annual package? The only annual package we have is the sports pack we paid for a year in advance. We can't do this online. Think calling them to do this would work? (In the back of my mind I see myself getting screwed again with anything "free" from Dish)

you have to keep on top of them for the free stuff. They will not fix it unless you demand them to fix it. After running into this same problem twice with Dish, I swore off anything free from them.

Misspellings notwithstanding, you are correct. Too many hassles with the billing if you quit the free promo. Not worth it.

no- they gave me 3 credits. They billed me last month and this month with no credits. The offer was to end April 3. But they had in their system it was to end March 3. They fixed it. But it's the same old crap.
