    DVR fee?????

    I was told by a CSR that if I add a new DVR to my account that I will be charged a monthly DVR fee regardless of the fact that I have Premier. I was under the impression that the fee was waived for Premier subscribers. Any truth to what he told me?

    5 LNB Re-Install????

    I'll be replacing my roof in the next week or so which will force me to take down the dish temporarily. Anyone have any advice as to how I should approach this with DTV? I would like them to re-install without hitting me too hard in the wallet. TIA

    In the next week or so, I'm going to have my roof replaced which will force me to take my dish down. What's the best way to go about having it re-installed by Directv? Cost is definitely a factor for me. Would it help if I purchased the protection plan?
