yes no yes no Yes. However, I have noticed that the voom box can no longer successfully pick up my cbs station, which is about 10 miles away. I have no problem picking this station up using my samsung tuner and the same antenna.

I have the latest software and every time I attempt to use voom it dies. Things were much better for me before the software updates. I've tried restting the box (sometimes 4 times in an evening). I've pulled the plug and I've hit it with my head. Nothing seems to work. What are the odds...

Ok, First, are you serious about F1 and second, where did you here this rumor? I can't possibly imagine getting F1 in HD...the words life and complete come to mind. Throw in WRC, too. heaven...and possibly divorce.

A friend was having this same problem. His problem was am improperly setup tv. Have you used avia or dve? Also, some sets are just incapable of accurately displaying deep blacks.

The antenna that was installed on my chimney with the dish (the stealth?) was not picking up some of my channels. Pre-Voom I was using a Samsung OTA tuner and a $19 Radio Shack UHF antenna. This setup worked perfectly: I could get ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, UPN, WB, and PBS. PBS was about a 50/50...

Update: I got an email last week from Peter @ Voom, "seems your OTA map was out of synch with your guide data". Problem solved! Thanks for all the help :)

I emailed Sean on the 7th. Should I expect an email back from him or does he do his work behind the scenes, so to speak? I still do not have locals :( Does the local info come from the sat or the antenna? With my Samsung OTA tuner I got the info from PBS - at least that's how I thought...

Still not receiving local program information for locals in Baltimore I've just found this site recently - tons of info! But I still have a problem I can't resolve. The local channels all display "no info". I've reset the box numerous times, unplugged it and Voom has sent a hit twice...
