If you talk to them they will waive the $29.99 to address the issue, they did for me the last time they came to check out the dish reception problems. Turns out a tree to the left of the dish was blocking signal. The technician gladly moved the dish and problem solved!!

yep you were right nearby tree blocking signal, was in the 20`s they moved the dish farther back, now getting between 50-57 signal strength
