If I have a recording set for around 4:00am it gets interrupted. I set the program update to 8:00am to try to get around this but no good. Also disabled the inactivity timer but no effect. Anyone seen this? Thanks, John D.

I don't have any more details, about the only control you have on your account is what the method of payment is and the account or card information. I've been doing autopay using a credit card with Tivo and Earthlink for years without a problem though they don't vary like your sat bill can. JJD

I share some of your concern on that but you can control it by changing your account settings. Though this wouldn't help in disputing charges already in place. Regards, JJD

Question on autopay, does EFT qualify as autopay or does it have to be done on a credit card? They list the two separately as payment options. Thanks, JJD

Same here, got a 722 installed yesterday, the tech didn't know anything about the broadband functions. I connected it up and when I select Dish Online it locks up. Regards, JJD
