Time to upgrade to HD

I'm ready to retire my SD Tivo and move to an HD setup with Dish. I currently subscribe to Dish for their Top 250 package. They quoted me the following increase over my current sub:
$20 / month HD
$149 for the 722 DVR/Receiver

They didn't mention it but I think there's an additional $6 dollar/month charge for the DVR.

Just wanted to check to see if this is about the best deal for upgrading.

AND, there should be a $100.00 DVR rebate. Also, are you on DVR Advantage? You'll save about three bucks a month, no DVR fee and free locals.

Doesn't Dish have a deal through the end of Jan for the HD upgrade? 18mo contract and you get the first 6 months of HD free and a free upgrade to the HDDVR.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not using their DVR right now. They did offer the 6 months free with 18 month commitment. I was wondering if there was a free HD upgrade offer. Looks like they offer it to new subscribers but I'll push for it on my upgrade.

I'm not familiar with the DVR Advantage program but I'll look into it.
