I finally got everything dialed in last night. It's the first time in two weeks that I actually enjoyed watching TV! Thanks to everyone here who offered advice. This group is the best!

Dish may be getting your OTAs delivered over fiber. I think here in Denver they use an antenna and rebroadcast, which would make sense as they have a huge presence here. I see compression on some of my OTAs too, due to sub-channels being stacked up on the transmitter.

I have always left all post processing off. I did try the DNR but it just made the picture more fuzzy.

The TV settings are untouched. Same HDMI input as 722, but PQ is poor only in 1080. The 722 was also set to 1080 output, so this still makes no sense.
